Habit forming

Not only are habits hard to break they are also hard to form, no matter how good they could be for your mental and physical health.

It’s been a few days since I last posted and I really aim to post daily, unless there is a good reason. Being ‘not bothered’ isn’t a good reason.

Even if it’s a five minute catch-up, something would be better than nothing.

There has been a lot going on some of which was positive. I’m now starting to see opportunities and am willing to try most voluntary positions to try and get myself out of the house and doing some form of work rather than letting my self-confidence get worse as time goes past.

Today I set up an aspiration chart to encourage me to participate in the change I want to make and to help develop my self-confidence and positivity.

This has been through several days of just feeling numb and not wanting to get out of bed.
