Instructions
  1. Saute onions and garlic until translucent, but not brown.
  2. Add leeks and cook until soft, then add potatoes and toss in onions and leeks.
  3. Add stock and cook until potatoes are just tender.
  4. Add smoked haddock and simmer until cooked through.
  5. Pour over shredded spring greens and serve with a home-made roll.
